The low temperature embrittlement testing machine is used to test the embrittlement characteristics of vulcanized rubber and plastic materials under low temperature environment. Soak the sample fixed on the test device in the low-temperature medium for 5 minutes, then impact the sample with the impact head at a linear speed of 2±0.2m/s, and finally check whether there are cracks, cracks, small holes and Whether there is overall damage. The two-stage compressor is used for rapid cooling and refrigeration, and the lowest temperature can reach -70°C (if the temperature is lower than -70°C, liquid nitrogen can be connected to the spare heat exchanger interface, and the lowest temperature can reach -120°C ). High temperature controllability, the liquid heat transfer medium in the low temperature tank can activate the stirring motor, so that the temperature uniformity is better. 4 groups of samples can be tested each time, and the automatic rotation positioning fixture performs impact test on each group of samples to check the lowest temperature for brittle failure.
