Product Description:
This machine is primarily used to test the fatigue life of vulcanized cord samples. The machine structure primarily consists of rollers, a crankshaft linkage system, a counting and timing system, a servo drive system, a current detection system, a counterweight, and a hook-and-unload fixture. The diameters of the three rollers on both sides remain constant, while the diameter of the center roller can be adjusted based on cord testing requirements. By maintaining the same center roller diameter, fatigue strength tests can be performed on cords of the same specification but using different processes or manufacturers. Alternatively, fatigue strength tests can be performed on cords of the same specification and process using center rollers of different diameters.
