The HY-831C is a benchtop temperature and humidity test chamber with a temperature range of -20℃ to +150℃ and a humidity range of 20% to 95%RH. Temperature stability is ±0.5℃, and humidity stability is ±3%. The equipment utilizes a French Tecumseh high-efficiency energy-saving refrigeration compressor and a SWEP ultra-high-efficiency heat exchanger, coupled with the HY600 touchscreen control system, enabling fully automatic and precise control of temperature and humidity, as well as complex programming. It is widely used for environmental reliability testing in industries such as electronics, automotive parts, pharmaceuticals, materials, and packaging.

The core refrigeration module uses a French Tecumseh high-efficiency, energy-saving ultra-low temperature compressor, combined with air cooling. The heat exchange stage employs a SWEP ultra-efficient refrigerant heat exchange design, significantly outperforming traditional internal spiral designs. The coal mining machine's computer automatically adjusts the refrigerant flow, effectively removing the heat load of the tested product, keeping pace with German/Japanese technology and resulting in superior energy savings.

Both the condenser and evaporator utilize AC&R composite turbulence-inducing aluminum fin devices to enhance heat exchange efficiency. The sloped evaporator, combined with WDP dew point dehumidification control, exhibits excellent performance in low-humidity conditions, effectively overcoming the control difficulties of traditional models under low humidity conditions.

Powerful programming skills

The control system supports up to 120 programs and 1200 segments, with each segment's time setting range from 0 hours 00 minutes to 99 hours 59 minutes. Each instruction can loop up to 999 times, easily enabling unattended continuous testing for several days or even dozens of days. Program creation uses a dialog mode, supporting editing, clearing, and insertion functions, making operation intuitive. During program execution, set values and execution status are displayed in real-time using graphical curves, providing clear data at a glance.

User-friendly touchscreen control with free switching between Chinese and English: Equipped with a 5.7-inch TFT LCD color touchscreen, it has passed 100,000 line-drawing tests, ensuring durability. Temperature and humidity setpoints (SV) and measured values (PV) are directly displayed simultaneously. The user interface can be freely switched between Chinese and English, seamlessly adapting to foreign-invested factories and overseas customers. The USB 2.0 interface supports up to 32GB USB flash drives, facilitating program import/export and data storage.

Complete three-layer over-temperature protection ensures worry-free safe operation.

The inner box measures 400×400×500mm (width×depth×height) with a volume of approximately 80L. It includes two adjustable stainless steel mesh trays (5cm spacing between each grid) to flexibly accommodate samples of different sizes.

It supports up to 120 programs and 1200 segments. The running time of each segment can be set from 0 to 99 hours and 59 minutes. Each segment can be cycled up to 999 times.
