Product Overview

The TEMI360 is an industrial-grade temperature and humidity controller developed based on the Linux operating system. It features a color touchscreen interface and built-in help files, allowing users to directly access operating instructions on the device. The controller simultaneously displays and controls both temperature and humidity parameters, supporting both "setup" and "programmed" operating modes. It can be used for simple constant temperature and humidity control, or, through 30 programmable programs with multiple settings per program, it can achieve complex temperature and humidity change curve testing. It is widely applicable to the core control components of various environmental testing equipment.

Dual-mode operation, covering all scenarios from simple to complex

In "Fixed value operation" mode, a set of test conditions can be directly edited on the monitoring screen, and the slope of temperature/humidity changes and running time can be set, allowing the equipment to automatically raise and lower the temperature and humidity at the set speed. In "Program operation" mode, multiple sets and segments of test conditions can be edited in the program settings, and functions such as segmented loop, full loop, standby, and program linking can be set to automatically complete complex test processes.

 Flexible program and loop logic
A single instrument can save up to 30 programs. Each program can be set with multiple running segments and supports "segment loop" (specifying the number of loops from the start segment to the end segment) and "full loop" (0 for infinite loop). After the program ends, it can automatically link to the next program number, realizing unattended continuous execution of multiple sets of tests.

FUZZY PID Self-Tuning for More Precise Control

Supports FUZZY SELECT fuzzy control selection. Enabling this activates the PID automatic tuning algorithm, improving the stability and response speed of temperature and humidity control.

Built-in curve recording function with customizable recording periods. Supports real-time and historical curve viewing, and data can be exported to a USB drive. Offers both BIN raw format and XLS table format for easy archiving and secondary analysis.

Standby Function: When the measured value first enters the set upper or lower limit range, it automatically determines and releases standby mode according to the set standby time and standby area;

Relieving to Room Temperature Function: Allows setting a return-to-room temperature switch, target temperature, and return-to-room rate. Automatically and smoothly transitions to room temperature after testing, protecting samples and equipment;

Selectable Power-Off Recovery Strategy: Stop / Cold Start (restarts from the program start point or set value) / Hot Start (continues operation from the segment or set value at the time of power failure).

Provides 8 digital inputs (DI1~DI8, <24VDC 50mA), 8 SSR relay outputs (250V AC 1A / 30V AC 1A), 2 RTD/DCV analog signal inputs (for temperature and humidity probe connection), and a standard RS485 communication interface (maximum 9600bps), facilitating connection to a host computer or SCADA system for remote monitoring and system integration.

The standard opening size is 91×91mm, and the overall size is 96.5×96.5×115.3mm. It is compatible with panel thicknesses of 1~10mm and can directly replace old controllers of the same size, reducing modification costs.
