This machine is used to test the fatigue resistance of vulcanized rubber after repeated expansion and deformation at high temperature; the specific test method is: cut a dumbbell-shaped sample under a certain high temperature condition, and perform reciprocating tensile deformation-recovery according to the preset elongation rate . After a certain period of fatigue testing, the samples will be broken or permanently deformed in groups. The instrument will automatically record the fatigue times of each sample fracture, and calculate the residual rate of the Weibull distribution of the data. The resulting data can be used to evaluate the fatigue resistance of the rubber compound. Analysis is performed to judge whether the performance of the compound formulation is as expected.
