This machine is testing the wear resistance of shoelaces. The shoelace installation method is: take two shoelaces, hook the middle sections to form the right one and the left one, and use the right clamp (moving clamp) of the machine to clamp the two ends of the right belt naturally The distance is 25MM, with the assistance of the sample gauge, the right belt is hooked to the left belt at 52.2°, the distance between the hook point and the coming point is 120MM, and then one end of the left belt is clamped by the left clamp (fixed clamp), and the other end is placed in the groove of the pulley , below and hang the weight, the natural distance between the clamp point and the wheel groove is 35±5MM. During the test, the movable clip reciprocates in a straight line at a constant speed left and right, so that the middle sections of the two shoelaces rub against each other, and record the number of frictions when the test reaches the specified number of frictions or when the shoelaces break.
