This machine is used to determine the temperature rise and fatigue properties of vulcanized rubber during constant strain amplitude compression flexure tests. It is not suitable for vulcanized rubber with a hardness above 85IRHD. A servo system maintains lever balance, applying a specified compressive load to the specimen. Cyclic compression is performed at a specific amplitude and frequency. The specimen's compression fatigue temperature rise, static compression set, dynamic compression set, permanent deformation, and fatigue life are measured over a specified period of time.
