This Machine is a specialized instrument designed to test the high-pressure gas dynamic permeability of automotive airbag woven fabrics and other protective woven fabrics used in high-pressure dynamic gas permeation scenarios. It fills the gap in China's test standards for high-pressure gas dynamic permeation of woven fabrics, providing a scientific and unified basis for the evaluation and testing of protective woven fabrics.

Test Mode
Thin-Film Rupture Method: In a fixed-volume space, a thin film ruptures to instantly generate high-pressure gas with an initial pressure, which then permeates a woven fabric of a specified area. As permeation proceeds, the gas pressure gradually decreases; permeation stops when the pressure on both sides of the fabric equalizes. The tester calculates the rate of high-pressure gas passing through the unit area of the fabric at a specific pressure (to obtain the dynamic air permeability), and the rate of change of dynamic permeation rate with pressure-thus determining the high-pressure gas dynamic permeability of the woven fabric.
