The controller adopts servo control technology and is specially developed for tensile machines, press machines, and electronic universal material testing machines. It is suitable for determining the mechanical properties and related physical parameters of various materials.
1.1 Hardware
(1) 32-bit ARM processor, processing speed reaches the level of Pentium general-purpose computer;
(2) The core device of data acquisition adopts ultra-high-precision 24-bit AD chip, and the sampling rate can reach 2000 times/second;
(3) The counting of the displacement encoder adopts frequency doubling technology;
(4) There are two output control modes of pulse and voltage.

(1) 5-inch TFT true color display, TFT resolution: 480x272;
(2) Touch screen operation, which can display various parameters in turn;
(3) The real-time display refresh cycle is 1 second;
(4) Language support is Chinese and English.
1.3 Test plan
Tension, compression, three/four-point bending, shearing, tearing, peeling, puncture, holding pressure, foam cycle compression, spring tension and compression, etc.
1.4 Software
Support application software running on Windows operating system. Different user permissions and password management can be set to distinguish the operation permissions of different users after logging in to the test software. Testing machine manufacturers can set the authorization period for products leaving the factory, and the testing machine will be automatically locked when it expires, which solves the trouble of testing machine manufacturers' difficulty in recovering payment.
