Product Description:

This servo-controlled universal testing machine features a dual-column floor-standing structure. This testing system can perform various mechanical property tests with a maximum load of 500 kN (50 kN/100 kN/200 kN/300 kN/500 kN optional). It offers a wide range of load options and is compatible with various fixtures.

Advanced Technology: CNC machined parts, streamlined design, and metal surface treatments such as nickel plating, phosphating, and high-temperature DuPont powder coating, along with constant-temperature curing, create an elegant and refined machine design that reflects its premium quality.

Accurate Measurement Data: Utilizing a high-precision force sensor and explosion-proof design, it can accurately measure material forces in both tension and compression.

Power System: Utilizing an AC servo motor system and an original servo driver, it achieves three closed-loop control modes: constant speed, constant stress, and constant strain. Combined with a synchronous belt, it provides a high-speed, low-noise transmission combination.
Optimized transmission system: Gantry-style structure utilizes a backlash-free, wear-free ball screw. This eliminates noise and machine resonance, ensuring horizontal crossarm displacement and uniform force distribution across the specimen. Prestressed guide rods are installed on both sides of the ball screw to ensure the rigidity of the entire machine.

Standardized component design: Standardized fixture connectors with standardized dimensions make changing fixtures quick and easy.

Intelligent digital processing system: A dedicated tensile testing machine control system with real-time computer communication enables intelligent computer control.
