The rotorless rheometer has been widely used in the research and development and quality control of rubber products to detect rubber properties. The MDR S3L rotorless rheometer adopts a new design, which is suitable for users' strict requirements on space constraints, reliability and maintainability. Its standard vulcanization test complies with ASTM D5289, and an optional pressure kit can test foamed rubber. The characteristics of the rubber compound before, during and after vulcanization are obtained through one test. MDR S3L rotorless rheometer is equipped with NIDAS data acquisition system and computer, which can output data conveniently, and can also import data into user's ERP system.
