HY-750 vulcanization testing machine includes: host, temperature measurement, temperature control, data acquisition and processing, sensors and electrical interlocking parts. The temperature measurement and control circuit is composed of imported self-adaptive PID temperature controller, solid state relay, platinum resistance and heater. Automatically track changes in external power grid and ambient temperature, automatically correct PID parameters, achieve rapid and precise temperature control, and automatically display real-time temperature values and set values. Data acquisition and processing and electromechanical interlocking complete the automatic detection of torque signals in the rubber vulcanization process, automatic processing and automatic calculation after vulcanization, and automatic drawing of vulcanization curves, tables and various process parameters through a printer (or plotter), through 8 Bit LED display curing time, curing torque, and automatically realize various sound alarm functions.
